Help Animals in need

If it's not covered by one of those other categories, you should probably talk about it here. Be nice.

Help Animals in need

Post by Arkady »

Snagged from another forum:

Take 2 seconds out of your day & help a STARVING animal!
Please Help! The Animal Rescue Site is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily to meet their quota to getting free food donated every day to abused and neglected animals.

It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on
"feed an animal in need" for free.
This doesn't cost you a thing!!!
Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate food to abandoned/neglected animals in exchange for advertising.

Here's the web site! Pass it along to people you know. PLEASE

It was passed along to me and I though there were some people that would like to know. Basicly you click on an ad and money is paid to the the animal site to help them feed dogs. I haven't looked further into it though.

That's a great charity site, and they're also linked to the breast cancer site, the hunger site, the rainforest site, and the child health site.

There's also the ecology fund and Care2, which also donate for every click.

I click them all every day- it only takes about 2 minutes total for all the sites. That means you can click them all too!

Done. That also gave me an idea. I love animals so maybe if I can find a shelter around that needs someone to help with animals, I might start to volunteer. It'd help me in probably as many ways as it could help the animals. Any suggestions on where places might be that might accept volunteers for pets? I work Mon-Fri during the day so it'd probably have to be after 5:30 or on the weekends.
