I'm sure he was probably pleasant in person.

I'm trying not to say terrible things about the dead. I'm having a very hard time of it, considering that he was one of the worst presidents in American history.

But he was likely pleasant in person.

And there's a interesting perspective of Ronald Regan out of Salon.

Not one of my favoirite presidents either. Besides his fabrication of the "Welfare Queen" and Trickle down Economics I feel mostly repulsed by the communist paranioa he exploited to the country.

I do believe that he will go down as one of America's favoirte presidents because of his political skill as his effectiveness as a leader. Don't like a lot of what he did, but he had the ability to get them done.

Just hope they keep his mug off the dime. Roosevelt deserves a little bit of something.

still, he was a leader of our country. whether i agreed with his policies or not, he deserves some respect.

oh, and vader if your village idiot comment refers to the current president, he is not a Texan. he is ffrom connecticut and his daddy is from massachutsetts. you are only a texan if you were born there, or you come from a long line of texans.
