Coffee on friday, 25th

Who all thinks they will be there?
I'm brand-new here and want to meet all of you!

Meant to be at Santus last night but was wiped out from Sat.

Soo, I'll be there, I'd love to introduce myself.

I'll be there...just be warned, the majority of us at coffee at 11th street do not look like we belong on a goth board...I can't remember how many times I've seen people who were most likely looking for the KG group and walked right by us all.

Not a problem!
I've been called a "poser" because I don't always look goth. :-) Haters. :P
Anyway, I tell them they have no right to put me in box, then get huffy when I choose to step out of their stereotype.

I might be a little late this week..... Friday is my sister's birthday, so I will have to do the family thing first......

Exactly! Really hope to get to meet you this Friday!! Most of the time, we're all gathered together closely on the front porch of the coffee shop so feel free to stop in and say hello.

Meet Scorptrio's son!

Post by Scorptrio »

I had the BEST father's day ever! I got news that my son Genoa is coming to visit me for two weeks. I'm so excited as I haven't seen him since Thanksgiving. The phone and internet just aren't the same. We'll be coming by 11th St. on Friday so if anyone wants to meet the half-demon spawn (on his mother's side) then come on out. He plays electric guitar and is starting a band. Maybe Loretta will let him plug in his amp and play something for us. He's a chip off the ol' punk block. Some of you, Steve, Ms. Kitty and Toni know him from his days living in Knoxville. Toni still has the scar, I believe. Thanks to everyone who shared in my joy yesterday at Sanctus. Those of you with teenage kids, bring them along. (He's 15.) Mother Mo and JaNell, please bring your broodlings. See you all there!

Glad you had a good father's day, Gregori! I'll bring Snap & hopefully Pat out. I look forward to meeting this young man whom I've heard so much about.

Teenagers are good! I am 18 myself and tend to associate with those that are older than me, but meeting kids around my own age is wonderful too.

Bring 'em on! :)

If I didn't know your birthday had already been here, it kinda sounds like you are saying that at midnight, you will be 18 rather than addressing Midnight. That might be what made Mo think that.

Mo is old & forgets quite frequently. She's also been known to speak of herself in third person from time to time. ;)

Libby also speaks of herself in the third person at times but mostly to annoy those around her.

:jazilla: JaNell finds this habit, along with baby talk and referring to yourself as "i" rather than "I", most annoying...

Scorp, we can bring the varmints, but Seaneleth games that night so how early will y'all be there?

Yeah, well... OK. I thought I might have had to give you my Birthday Karma. ;)
