Goth hangouts for teens?

Post by B_Ko »

I am a "goth". I am 15. And I am so fucking bored my face could implode. There is nowhere to hang out. I am not old enough to get into clubs. Please, someone help me.

Well the 11thstreet coffee shop is a good place for one. Prince's Deli is a decent place for bands but it's a little high priced to get in. Old City Java is another all ages venue. I think.

The best time for 11th Street Expresso House is on Friday nights, usually in the evening if you're wanting to meet several of us. Come out!

Oh yeah, C-Dung, java is all-ages. I went there to see blue sky goodbye and striking point. it was like a gajillion degrees in there, though.

My daughter's computer is down right now, but I know she is very interested in an all ages dance event. I know some of her 14 & 15 year old friends would probably be able to sweet talk their folks into going to something like that if weren't too late at night & there could be assurances of supervision & no alcohol.

They did something like that recently in West Knoxville with live bands. Arkady & Bone did a spot of DJing there, too. We didn't get to attend due to a schedule conflict, & she was disappointed. I think Knox Rejects put it on?

It would be great if that could be repeated sometime this school year.
