Looking for a Thin White Duke

Hey,
I know Mike (AKA thin White Duke) moved and all...and I was just wondering if anybody knows of any way to get in touch with him...house address...phone number...etc. I'm a close friend of his and I'm starting to get worried because I haven't heard from him in months. So if anyone has any info, please help me out.

I hung out with him for a while last week at 11th St. He doesn't have internet right now.
