Mmmm...Pumpkin

I am craving something pumpkin-y. Share some of your favorite, preferably easy recipes. I've got a pumpkin cook book, but I'd like to hear your tried-and-true recipes...

What a wonderful vegetable. My favorite squash type thing hands down.

There was a really good pumpkin pie beer at the Brewer's Jam last week, but I have no idea how to make it.....

Mellow Mushroom has this pumpkin spice beer on tap. Sounds odd, though strangely good...

Yeah, that's probably the same beer. It was good.

I haven't been to the shroom in a while, so I'm not 100% sure, but it is likely the same company.

Buttercup, Since I love to cook, I've done most of the recipes over the years, in one form or another. Also I've never found a recipe on the food network website that I didn't like. So here ya go.
