Saved!

Post by Mother Mo »

I highly recommend this one... it's satire set at a Christian Academy. The main character is a girl who is totally devoted to Jesus, until her boyfriend turns out to be gay, she decides to give up her virginity to save him from damnation, & gets knocked up. What insues is hillarious, especially to anyone who actually grew up in this kind of atmosphere. I really liked the Jewish girl, who continually f**ks with the system.

Go rent it if you haven't seen it already!

Haven't seen it, haven't heard of it, didn't ever go to a christian school...

But it sounds bloody amusing :) I'll have to check it out next time I visit the video store.

But, but.. Jesus didn't deserve that.. Sure he forgot to give me my order at first, but he gave me double fries to make up for it!

I really enjoyed that movie. Very quirky.

I loved the humor.

My favorite quote was from towards the end....

"I'm the boyfriend!" "I'm the father!" "I'm his boyfriend!"

Well, it was something like that....anyway....I loved it.
