Question...Don't you have to be competent in English to work at a call-center? Maybe that was just when I use to work in them...Maybe they changed that...

of course not
you just have to be a warm corpse with ears and mouth
that's willing to put up with a lot of bullshit from people that you don't even know or care about
for very little money
for very stupid hours
be 100% flexible ie: work on your birthday and christmas
and expect no flexibility in return
