Cylinder Head Question (2.2/2.5L Chrysler late 80/early 90s)

My '94 dodge shadow 2.2L needs a new head. I found a good deal on a head that might possibly fit my car, but it's from a 1989 Dodge Daytona turbo. According to the seller: "I was told it will fit a 2.2 or 2.5 Mopar 4 cylinder, turbo or non-turbo." So, I assume it should fit my vehicle? I was intending on upgrading the head to either a turbo and/or 2.5.. What other complications would arise assuming I upgraded the head? *Cartarded*
