Seeking a Resume' "fluffer"

My my but we have dirty minds.... thanks karmakazi you have some serious technical history behind you.

Mine is mostly sales, retail store management , and customer service. I dont have a degree but I did manage a million dollar a year volume clothing store for three years. My resume just needs to be professionalized...is that a word?
