Worth seeing... period. Grab some McDonalds and eat some while you watch it. It's prolly the last meal I eat from there.

All that aside, a very informative movie/documentary.

I have eaten McD's under 10 times since I saw that movie about a year ago. No one should ever LIVE off McDonalds or any other fast food.

I myself have cut most of the meat out of my diet. I won't cut out meats completely, but I have limited myself. I want to see if I can lose 40 lbs and get back to my old weight.
