Kissing on an Airplane is Apparently a Terrorist Threat
That is... if you're gay:

A gay couple flying back to NYC from France were asked by a stewardess to stop kissing and touching. According to the men, and three people sitting next to them, it was nothing more than a few pecks and laying their heads on each other's shoulders.
The stewardess told the couple that the purser had told her to tell them to stop, but the purser said she knew nothing about it. The men asked if it was because they were gay, asked if they could have the stewardess' name or employee number, and asked if they could talk to an American Airlines rep when they landed. Later they were told by the purser that if they didn't drop the issue, the plane would be diverted. Even later, the captain called them to the galley and told them that if they didn't behave the plane would be diverted.
Are you fucking kidding me?

The firemen came and broke through the chimney top. And me and Mom were expecting them to pull out a dead cat or a bird. And instead they pulled out my father. He was dressed in a Santa Claus suit. He'd been climbing down the chimney... his arms loaded with presents. He was gonna surprise us. He slipped and broke his neck. He died instantly. And that's how I found out there was no Santa Claus.

Wow, you must have been waiting quite awhile to unleash that zinger.
Just for that, I won't post a link to the cool article I read earlier about a stone tablet dug up in Mexico which contains the oldest text ever found in the Western hemisphere in a never before seen language.
Neener fuckin' neener.

If carpenters made buildings the way programmers make programs, the first woodpecker to come along would destroy all of civilization. Anonymous
