Um... its a costume, lady. First, the guy in the suit probably wouldn't even realize it if his fake tail was stepped on unless he was trying to walk away. Second, dude probably couldn't even see the kid beside him (you wear one of those costumes & tell me how well you can see & move around) & therefore the "punch" was likely accidental. Its not like Trigger tried to throw down & beat some ass.

If you watch the video, it kind of looks like he trips on the curb. Probably just trying to catch himself from falling.
