ok my name is john , I also go by blackheart

I live down in suny (and over crowded) orlando fl

It looks like work will be bringing me to tn a couple times a year
I also have family living near cookville

looking to find some good clubs to hang at while on visits and possibly meet a few people to hang with while doing so

What kind of work do you do?

Temple is our only weekly club night we have going, its not goth but "alternative' and plenty of spooky tunes are played.

I am a photographer
I work for an entertainment company in orl running the photo dept
the co specializes in weddings and bar/bat Mitzvahs , also do corporate parties , political events so on and such ....

on trips to tenn i will be shooting weddings for my parents who own a photo studio up there , my father is getting old and dosen't want to do events , he tends to want to do mostly family portrait work and child photography

of course mom will take full advantage of puting me to work around the property , I spent a number of years in construction so I can make most anything

looks like a will be free durring the eav on saturday so I will be abe to check out the club

just to be certain about a coulpe things
never been there so please bear with me on this
is temple and santus the same club using differing names for specific nights or two entirely different clubs (buildings)

while it looks like sat will be my night out for knox
is that the only club night playing industrial/goth or are there other nights to find this style of music
hell I can even get into an 80's alternative/progressive thing now and then

so basicly the question is
what nights and where
anything to avoid , such as bad end of town don't park here

and I'm looking foreward to meeting some of the people up there and checking out the scene

Sanctus no longer exists. It was the Knoxgothic monthly shin-dig but it is no more.

Temple is an alternative night that is not put on by KG but most KG people attend it since its our only option really.

This saturday (mar 31) is a great night to come into town because the What is Fetish? 3.0 event is going on and there will be all kinds of entertainment.

You will park by the location, The Electric Ballroom and its no less safe than anywhere else in town.
