america failed itself when it elected, and then re-elected bush.
that doesn't make what has happened, what is happening, or what will happen right - but we might as well face the terrible, simple truth: america == fail. all your fail are belong to us.
america is the bogeyman to most other countries. america doesn't follow the rules - be they from u.n. votes, the geneva convention, or whatever else bush doesn't find convenient at the time.
and, unfortunately, the majority of the world's population likely won't change their opinion after bush is out of office; at least, not for some years to come.
