Hrrmm... an ideal pet for me would be:
My old betta fish named Curtis {dead}
My older betta fish named George {dead}
My old puppy named Lucy {given away}
My old dog named Sable {still alive, across the country}
A rat named Raven {I like rats, and I like a guy named Raven}
An old can of pepsi named Sparky
A bottle of Guiness [Extra Stout] named Sugar Daddy
and/or
A bottle of Young's Double Chocolate Stout named Wookie
