Hmm

People still get offended by a little 17 year old insignificant nothing...I must be touching on something.

You want to know what voids my argument? You do because you can't get past the bullshit.

If you need a drug to be normal, if you need it to change your mind, if you need it to make you do something you don't already, if you need it period, it's wrong.

Why not look at WHY little Jonny isn't or can't pay attention instead of just masking it.

I went through all of it. I've been on every drug a doctor could trhow at a kid. IT'S ALL FUCKING MONEY

They're drug dealers. Period.

And Im not little, Im a 26 year old girl and I cant pay attention becasue the frontal lobe in my brain will not process the correct amount of sugar for the rest of my brain to function normally. (thats why at lot of adhd kids have a weight problem too. Body tells you you need more sugar....so you crave it......handful of sugar can only go so far)

So what if my pancreas didnt make enough insulin? and I needed an injectionof insulin everyday....Is that wrong. Insulin is a drug.Or someone is manic in an institution and fighting everyone of the orderlies in a mental hospital....he already kicked a nurse in the back, shattering her spine...her husband another orderly, was kicked in the chest so hard it gave him a aheart attack and damaged more than half of it....the next victim he aimed for was a 10 year old child in the same cottage with a chair he had aimed to break over the child's head..Im sure didnt need anything to change his mind. However the doctors fighting to calm him in his manic state might disagree.......and gave hima shot of somehting to calm the manic rage,.. so he doesnt injure anyone else. (THAT is a true story) Once at a club I had a shooter a mixed cocktail of various liqours......5 minutes later I broke into a rash all over my face and chest. My eyes began to swell shut as well as my throat. Then my asthma kicked in and not only would my lungs not work but my throat was closing off as well. If it had not been for a great emergency room staff, a shot of benydryl and epinephrine I would not be here today. I DEFINITELY needed those drugs.( in case you are wonder what that was like, I pray you never lose the ablility to breathe even for a moment, becasue there is no mind left to change, only panic and fright). Consider your "blanket statement generalization" voided.

I dont doubt or argue that in your 17 years you have been through a lot for whatever reason......and if the drugs didnt work for you, you probably didnt need them in the first place.

I guess you could say they are drug dealers. I have a whole list of reasons why my doctor is out to make some money (ask me sometime about generic versus namebrand) But I cant get the albuterol I need to survive without a doctor, so its dutch door action. Cant bite the hand that feeds me.

PS.......I have a dear friend who if she doesnt take her medicine hears voices.
They call her name.
They tell her to hurt herself......
And if she doesnt take the medicine she is prescribed.........they tell her to do things like jump out a window.
She also has panic attacks.
Im not lying......
She needs her medicine.

I'm not doubting physical elements either. Meds do work on physical ailments, that's just a given. There's no way in hell a lot of these meds can be placebos.

How do you know that she hears voices? If she does why would she listen? Maybe there's a reason she hears these voices. Or maybe God is just fucking with her. Maybe she's just fucking with people she knows for attention and sympathy. Maybe the voices in her head are her own thoughts.

i make alot of jokes about my substance abuse issues, but we are all abusers. even if you say none of which i abuse, yea you do. we all do. caffine,sugar,carbs,mcDonalds, we are ALL junkies to something chemical
some people are dependant on relationships or attn for the chemical invocation it causes them.
there are people who actually NEED these chemicals in life though.
they are the ones not abusing.
if you woulda told me that i woulda spit on you. rapidly approaching a decade later, i understand.
