Ok, I just bought some new shoes and in the box, I found that little package of stuff that says all across it, "Do not eat."
So,

1st of all: Why would you eat something from a box of shoes?

and 2nd: Why is it only after you read that are you so tempted to eat it?

Oh great Junkie.... What the hell is the matter with my POS G5 computer? When I wake it from sleep mode or power it on, it starts the fans at high speed and will not aknowledge key controls or hitting the power button. The only way to get it to run is to cut the power bar and turn it back on to reboot. Sometimes it takes me doing this for 15min in order to start up. I am about to practice nose stalls on it if it doesn't get fixed soon. Any help would be much appreciated.

because the packets (i knew the word for the chemical but i dont know) contain a really toxic substance and kids have the habit of trying to eat anything that looks like a candy wrapper. kids and morons. both wear shoes. one falls out, kinda resembles candy.....

second question, human nature. the same reason guys want to have anal sex with women when they say they hate anal. same setup. exactly.

I belive that they are called saline gel packets. I could, and I most likely am wrong though.

Thanks for the compliment. It is a pic of my guitar case. Already got bored of it though...I want to make a slide show Avatar with this new pic and the old one and maybe another one. Don't know how to though....any ideas?

I already have Vader racking his mind about my Mac. He's doing all that he can. I just figured when all else fails ask a Junkie. :lol:

they're silica gel packets, they absorb excess moisture and keep the contents of the boxes they're in from being damaged from the humidity. they're actually not toxic, but it's not a good idea to eat them - it can make you sick but it won't kill ya. (TMI i know but i couldn't help myself.)
