id guess the state of confusion that surrounds that question hides the flaw:
a few states have had temp control, the words conspiracy to keep the public from knowing come to mind.... soooooo the question is which one admits, that i dunno......
i took a debate class and this was addressed as a rumor of how many states have secretly fallen......
research it theres articles there.
i dont remember which one is documented though.

North Dakota by South Dakota is the only one officially on the books. Popped up in the papers during the concerns about our state.

personal pref. period. different strokes for different folks.
you better answer that one for yourself, but i always looked at the ones who say girth funny becuase they are usually the same people that find men they wont sleep with because it hurts. go figure.

ive been in college a few to years with too many majors and minors to answer the first one as well as i have previously...
ive wrote papers/debated/publicly debated that topic ALOT on BOTH sides. its such a clouded subject. one the one hand, you have you peers, mass marketing, the government, the police, ect... telling you what to do. your god even tells you what to do if u have one (even christians who harp on humans having free will like theres no tomorrow)..... yet on the other side YOU make your choices at the end of the day. the first side will respond to that with you produce your answers as a resonse of your stimuli. i personally think this:
its a give take ying yang mind fuck. yea you DO make your decisions at the end of the day. your free will lies in how much to please other sources it lies in. im not elborating anymore on that because ive drank close to a half bottle of jim beam tonight and cant keep my spelling str8. if you want me to give a better explaination, RESPOST JUST THAT QUESTION.
