it would totally depend on the weather conditions
in a mild or warm envirmonment, ducks would do the job
if it got a bit cold pengs would have the advantage cuz the ducks slow down their metabolism too much to be effecive on the defence
but i would say on a brisk, moderatly cool but not cold fall evening - no rain, that the ducks would have the slight advantage due to the lentght of their legs and ability to get their heads closer to the grownd with out slidding on their tummies

Im partial to ducks....however you must take the scientific approach: the mallard duck(anas platyrhynchos) is a mere 23.5-28 inches tall, and only swims at an average of 5.8 mph....the emperor penguin(aptenodytes forsteri) is a mammoth 3.7 ft tall, 60-90lbs, and swims 8.9 mph! I think we have a winner!
if the native americans can do a "rain dance" to get rain when they need it, then why cant i do a "penis dance" to get sex when I need it?
